From customer insight to shipped sprint.
OpenKeel keeps your product work on course: capture insights, write PRDs, plan the roadmap, and run sprints on a real-time board, with AI and your favorite assistants built in.
Everything from strategy to execution
One connected workspace instead of five disconnected tools.
Kanban, List & Gantt
Drag-and-drop boards with real-time sync across your whole team.
Sprints & quarters
Plan iterations, align them to quarters and track completion and hours.
Strategic roadmap
A projects Γ sprints matrix that links every initiative to its tasks.
PRDs & insights
Turn customer feedback into PRDs, and PRDs into tasks with one click.
AI co-writer
Drafts PRDs (streamed, editing only the sections that change), summaries and tasks with Gemini, Claude or Claude on Amazon Bedrock, and maps how your work connects in a built-in context graph. Bring your own key per workspace.
Built-in agent & MCP
Ask the agent in any workspace, or connect Claude and other assistants over MCP. Answers are grounded in your Global Context Documents, and changes always wait for your approval.
Connect your AI assistant
OpenKeel ships with a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Connect Claude Desktop or Claude Code and manage tasks and PRDs in plain language.

Pick your client and replace okp_your_token_here with your token.
In Claude Desktop open Settings β Developer β Edit Config, and add OpenKeel to claude_desktop_config.json. It uses the mcp-remote bridge, so Node.js must be installed.
